Mission

Janice Fennell PhD

I am Dr. Janice M. Fennell, Founder and Principal Consultant of LearnEquity Solutions. As a strategic leader, accessibility advocate, and equity champion, I bring over two decades of experience advancing inclusion across education, employment, and community sectors.

My academic foundation includes a PhD in Education, a MA in Critical Disability Studies, a BSc in Management Studies, and a Diploma in Computer Studies. I’m also a proud Member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), reflecting my commitment to global standards and continuous learning in the field of accessibility.
